Mayor Bill Rawls has earned a Master’s Degree is Leadership and Public Service. Rawls was granted a scholarship by the Ayers Foundation for the course work from Lipscomb University. The three-term mayor says the course helps give him the opportunity to “…elevate our conversation and opportunities…”
