NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
STATE OF TENNESSEE, HAYWOOD COUNTY
WHEREAS, Lillian Smith May and Rodney Scott May executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Elite Home Loans, Lender and J. Thomas DuBois, Trustee(s), which was dated January 6, 2010 and recorded on January 15, 2010 in Book 74, Page 264, Haywood County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, (the ìHolderî), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on March 13, 2018, at 10:00AM at the usual and customary location at the Haywood County Courthouse, Brownsville, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Haywood County, Tennessee, to wit:
Beginning at a point being the southeast corner of Flack, 25 feet west of the center of Sunset Circle West, said point being the northwest corner of James Carvin as recorded in Deed Book 160, Page 542, Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee, said lot also being Lot 31 and part of Lot 29 and 30, Sunset Heights Subdivision, Plat Book 1, Page 44; thence along the west right-of-way of Sunset Circle West 25 feet from center with circular curve to the left whose central angle is 35 degrees 47 minutes 14 seconds, whose radius is 200.00 feet, whose arc length is 124.92 feet to a point, iron pin found South 89 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds East 1.91 feet from said point; thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds west 150.24 feet along the north line of Foster to a wood post found; thence North 116.00 feet to a metal post found; thence South 87 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds East 206.23 feet along the south line of Flack to the point of beginning.
Being the same property and legal description conveyed to Rodney Scott May and wife, Lillian Smith May by deed dated January 6, 2010 of record in Book 74, Page 262, Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.

The sale of the property described above shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose; and
All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
