NOTICE of SALE of LAND for DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES

IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF HAYWOOD COUNTY, TENNESSEE AT BROWNSVILLE HAYWOOD COUNTY, in its own behalf and for the use and benefit of the 

STATE of TENNESSEE
Plaintiff
vs. 2019-CH-20
Delinquent Taxpayers as shown on the
2017 Tax Records, et al.
Defendants

Pursuant to T.C.A. 67-5-2501 et seq, and in obedience to decrees entered in the Chancery Court of Haywood County, Tennessee, the following listed properties will be sold  to the highest and best bidder for cash on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Justice Complex, 100 South Dupree, Brownsville, Tennessee, subject to the right of redemption. Said properties are being sold to satisfy the following judgments plus interest, costs, and current taxes due.  This notice is directed to all parties whose names appear as defendants and to the heirs and personal representatives of the defendants who might be deceased and to all persons owning or claiming an interest in the following property:
