NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated March, 23, 2017, and recorded on April 7, 2017, appearing of record in Record Book 150, page 647 in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee, Mildred Adell Peters, being one and the same person as Mildred Adell Peters Shaw conveyed to DAVID PRINCE, TRUSTEE, certain real estate therein described, to secure the payment of a certain indebtedness therein set forth to INSOUTH BANK; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES C. EXUM was appointed Successor Trustee by instrument appearing of record in Record Book 183, page 28 in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on March 30, 2020, at 1 oíclock p.m., at the front door of the Court House in Brownsville, Tennessee, I will sell to the last, highest and best bidder for cash or for credit bid against the secured debt, and free from rights to have the property marshalled, the equity of redemption, any statutory or common law right of redemption, homestead, dower, marital share and all other exemptions and other rights which might defeat, reduce or affect the right of the Lender to sell the real property or the personal property for the collection of the indebtedness, all of which were waived in the deed of trust, the following real estate lying and being in the Seventh Civil District of Haywood County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot No. 1. Being taken from the 12 acre tract of land lying immediately east of the Federal Compress and Warehouse Company and formerly owned by Jim Brown and Graham Boyd and Beginning at a stake in the west margin of Rawles Street which stake if located 130.9 feet north of a stake in the northwest intersection corner of Rawls Street with Haywood Street, runs thence north along the west margin of Rawles Street 50 feet to a stake in the margin of said street, thence west and parallel with Haywood Street 154.8 feet to a stake in the east margin of the Federal Compress property, thence south and parallel with Rawles Street along the east margin of Federal Compress property 50 feet, thence east and parallel with Haywood Street 154.8 feet to the beginning, and being a lot or parcel of land taken from the 12 acre tract of land above set out and conveyed to Louis Peters et ux by deed of record in Deed Book 81, Page 487 of Registerís Office.
Lot 2: Also being a lot taken from the 12 acre tract formerly owned by Graham Boyd and also Brown and lying immediately east of the property of the Federal Compress and Warehouse Corporation and Beginning at a stake in the west margin of Rawls Street which stake is located 180.9 feet north of a stake in the northwest intersection corner of Rawls Street with Haywood Street, and runs thence north along the west margin of Rawls Street 50 feet to a stake in the margin of said street. Thence west and parallel with Haywood Street 154.8 feet to a stake in the east margin of the Federal Compress property, thence south and parallel with Rawls Street and along the east margin of the Federal Compress property 50 feet thence east and parallel with Haywood Street 154.8 feet to the beginning stake. And being the same lot conveyed by Dickinson and Whitehurst to Lawrence Morris and being lot number one of such conveyance of record in Deed Book 80 at page 38 of records of Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee and then the same to reconveyed by said Lawrence Morris to Dickinson and Whitehurst by deed of record in Deed Book 83, page 503 of said Registerís Office and to Peters by deed of record in said Deed Book 86, paged 411.
Being the same property conveyed to Mildred A. Peters, by deed dated December 5, 1964, appearing of record in Record Book 98, page 502, in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.

Said property will be sold by me as Successor Trustee only and subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments and all valid restrictions, covenants or easements, if any, of record on said property, and subject to any and all other liens having priority over the Trust Deed. The Successor Trustee reserves the right to make oral announcements at the time of the public sale which shall apply to the terms of the sale. The Successor Trustee may postpone any sale hereunder to another time or place by so announcing to all present at the time and place of the sale scheduled herein, without the necessity of any further notice whatsoever.
THIS IS FOR THE COLLECTION OF A DEBT AND ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
