NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEEíS SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 18, 2006, executed by JAMES CREWS, conveying certain real property therein described to SHEILA B STEVENSON, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee recorded September 5, 2006, in Deed Book 27, Page 533-544 at Instrument Number 6617; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to The Bank Of New York Mellon fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC1 who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
