NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEEíS SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 11, 2004, executed by ELLEN WELLINGTON, MICHAEL WELLINGTON, conveying certain real property therein described to KEVIN CARTER-HENDERSON COUNTY, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee recorded May 19, 2004, in Deed Book 267, Page 158; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWABS 2004-06) who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
