NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
Sale at public auction will be on September 9, 2019 at 12:00 PM, at the Haywood County Courthouse (TN) located in Brownsville, Haywood County, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Tancey Lashon Currie, to Mary Ruth Tackett, State Director, Trustee, as trustee for United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department Of Agriculture on 20th day of November, 2007 in REC Book 46, Page 852 in the Office of the Register of Haywood County, Tennessee; conducted by Terra Abstract Tennessee, Inc., having been appointed Substitute or Successor Trustee. Default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

Beginning at an iron pin on the south margin of Morning Drive (50 feet radially to centerline) at the northwest corner of Lot 8 of the Warren 2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 293 in the Registers Office of Haywood County, Tennessee; thence with the west line of Lot 8 South 10 degrees 5 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 94.29 feet to an iron pin at the southwest corner of Lot 8; thence North 88 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 176.20 feet to an iron pin thence North 0 degrees 53 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 10.28 feet to an iron pin at the southwest corner of Lot 10; thence with the southeast line of Lot 10 North 49 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 146.97 feet to an iron pin on the southwest margin of Morning Drive;
thence with the southwest margin of Morning Drive following a curve to the left (Radius of 47 feet) in a easterly direction a distance of 52.36 feet to the point of beginning.

This property is subject to restrictions, easements, setbacks and all matters shown on the plat of Warren 2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 293, Slide 244, in the Registers Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
Being the same property conveyed to Tancey Lashon Currie by Warranty Deed dated November 20, 2007 from Kenneth Emerson and Linda Freeman, recorded on November 21, 2007 in Deed Book 46, Page 849, in the Office of the Register of Haywood County, Tennessee.
