WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated March 13, 2015, recorded in Record Book 128, page 814-822 of the Registerís Office for Haywood County, Tennessee, Jerry McClinton, conveyed to John C. Clark, as Trustee, the property situated in Haywood County, Tennessee, to wit:
LYING AND BEING in the 7TH Civil District of Haywood County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING on a point in the west margin of Hillcrest Drive, which point is the northeast corner of Lot 13 and the southeast corner of the herein described tract; thence from the point of beginning and with the north line of Lot 13, West 125.00 feet to a point in the east line of Lois Young; thence with the East line of Young, North 120.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 11; thence with the south line of Lot 11,.East 125.00 feet to a point in the west margin of Hillcrest Drive; thence with the west margin of Hillcrest Drive, South 120.00 feet to the point of beginning. BEING the same lot or parcel of land conveyed to Jerry McClinton by Special Warranty Deed recorded in Record Book 128 Page 810 in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.

This Property is commonly known as 119 Hillcrest Drive, Brownsville, Tennessee 38012.
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the Substitute Trustee as appointed in the aforesaid Deed of Trust by a substitution, said appointment being in the manner authorized by the Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred under the terms of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, and the indebtedness evidenced therein is now wholly due, the owner and holder of said indebtedness, Simmons Bank, as Successor in interest to First State Bank, has requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to sell the Property to satisfy same.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on December 6, 2019, the substitute trustee will sell the property to the highest bidder for cash. The Trusteeís sale will occur on or about 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance of the Haywood County Courthouse located at 1 No. Washington Avenue, Brownsville, Tennessee 38012.
This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at any time. In addition, the following party may claim an interest in the above referenced property: Jerry McClinton.
