NOTICE OF TRUSTEEíS SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 06/29/2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 06/29/2009, in Instrument No. 17351; Record Book 67 Page 526 – 532, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by Phyllis Deberry, conveying certain property therein described to Robert G. Connelly Jr., Acting State Director as Trustee for USDA Rural Development, as nominee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, THE SAYER LAW GROUP, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Robert G. Connelly Jr., Acting State Director, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of THE SAYER LAW GROUP, P.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Robert G.
