WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 6, 2017, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 11, 2017, in Book No. 158, at Page 59, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by David Flores and Barbara Flores, conveying certain property therein described to Law Office of Josh Shearon as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. D/B/A Supreme Lending, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, will, on April 1, 2020 on or about 1:00 PM, at the Haywood County Courthouse, Brownsville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. BEGINNING at a point in the south margin of Thomas Street 25.0 feet from the center, an iron pin (found) behind the concrete curb, the northwest corner of Lot 14, Section H, Thomas Heights Subdivision, the northeast corner of this described lot; thence South along the west line of Lot 14, 151.46 feet to an iron pin (found); thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West along the north lines of Lot 37 and 38, 119.99 feet to an iron pin (found); thence North along the east line of Lot 2, Section I, Thomas Heights Subdivision, 153.53 feet to a point in the south margin of Thomas Street, an iron pin (found) behind the concrete curb; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes East along the south margin of Thomas Street 120.00 feet to the beginning. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to Subdivision Restrictions, Building Lines and Easements of record in Plat Book 2, Page 95, Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
