SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEEíS SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2004, executed by Harold Hunter, Mattie Hunter, conveying certain real property therein described to Lenders Title and Escrow, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee recorded June 21, 2004, in Deed Book 268, Page 139; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the certificateholders of the Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2004-DO2 who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
