WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated September 17, 2014, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 23, 2014, in Book No. 124, at Page 112, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by Debra Taylor and David W Graham, conveying certain property therein described to Carter Stanfill & Associates, PLLC as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Pingora Loan Servicing Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Pingora Loan Servicing Inc, will, on June 13, 2017 on or about 10:00 AM, at the Haywood County Courthouse, Brownsville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. BOUNDED on the north by the lands of William Kinney; on the south by the Memphis to Bristol Highway or Brownsville to Jackson Road, on the east by the lands of William Kinney, and on the west by lands of William Kinney, and containing 4 acres, more or less, and described by metes and bounds us follows: Begins at a stake on the north margin of the Memphis to Bristol Highway on the west margin of a ditch; runs thence north 131/2 degrees west 28 poles to a stake on the west margin of said ditch; thence north 79-1/2 degrees west 20 poles to a stake in cleared land; thence south 10-3/4 degrees west 26.6 poles to a stake in the margin of the Memphis to Bristol Highway; thence south 79-1/4 degrees east with the north margin of the Memphis to Bristol Highway 24.4 poles to the beginning.
