WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 27, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 2, 2010, in Book No. 78, at Page 129, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by James Lester, conveying certain property therein described to John Clark as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First State Bank, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

BEGINNING at a stake in the south margin of what is known in the year 1970 as Cottonwood Drive in the town of Brownsville, Tennessee and 25 feet from the center of same, being the northwest corner of Lot No. 20 of said subdivision in the name of Cecil Wells; runs thence south 3 degrees west 203.5 feet to a stake in the north boundary line of Lot No. 12; thence south 87 degrees west 58.05 feet to a stake the southeast corner of Lot No. 35; thence north 17 degrees west 222.0 feet to a stake in the south margin of the above mentioned Cottonwood Drive; thence with same south 87 degrees east 137.7 feet to the beginning.
