NOTICE OF TRUSTEEíS SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated July 29, 2016, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded August 3, 2016, in Book No. 143, at Page 799, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by Charles Pascoe and Sibly M. Pascoe, conveying certain property therein described to Banks Law Firm, P.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. D/B/A Supreme Lending, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, will, on June 13, 2018 on or about 1:00 PM, at the Haywood County Courthouse, Brownsville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Haywood County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:
LYING AND BEING in the 7ô Civil District of Haywood County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: UNIT NO. 1, TRACT 4, CROMWELL SQUARE CONDOMINIUMS, as described in Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 153, Page 452; and also see First Amendment to Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 155, Page 753; also see Second Amendment to Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 162, Page 390; and also Third Amendment to Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 166, Page 313, and also amendment recorded in Deed Book 185, Page 258, amendment recorded In Deed Book 257, Page 89 and amendment recorded in Deed Book 257, Page 93 all in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to Restrictions and Easements contained in the Master Deed and Amendments thereto of record in Deed Book 153, Page 452 in the Registerís Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
