WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 30, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 30, 2007, in Book No. 38, at Page 336, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Haywood County, Tennessee, executed by Stephanie Renee McIntyre and Walter L. McIntyre, conveying certain property therein described to Kathy Winstead as Trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, will, on June 13, 2018 on or about 1:00 PM, at the Haywood County Courthouse, Brownsville, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Haywood County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north margin of Cottonwood Drive, 25.0 feet from center, the southeast corner of lot no. 10, Starting Point Subdivision, a paint mark (found) on the concrete curb; thence n. 73 degrees 47 minutes E. along the north margin of Cottonwood Drive 80.0 feet to a point, the southwest corner of lot no. 12, a paint mark found on the concrete curb; thence n. 1 degree 28 minutes W. along the west line of lot no. 12, 214.0 feet to an iron stake (found) in an old fence, the south line of Wills; thence S. 88 degrees 37 minutes 47 seconds W. along the fence and south line of Wills, 77.36 feet to an iron pin (set); thence S. 1 degree 28 minutes E. along the east line of lot no. 10, 234.5 feet to the beginning. Being all of lot no. 11, Starting Point Subdivision, and a second lot combined see plat book 2, page 137, registerís office, Haywood County, Tennessee. This conveyance is subject to restrictive covenants recorded in Plat Book 2, page 137, Registerís Office, Haywood County, Tennessee.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trusteeís option at any time.
